"Microbes in Foods"
Microbes in Foods is a Science Enrichment curriculum designed to incorporate into elementary science classes (grades 4-6). The curriculum provides tools for teachers to help teach some basic microbiology concepts and to apply these concepts to food. Microbes in Foods contains three units: microbiology, food handling, and career awareness. Each unit contains activities and experiments that can be combined to reflect the time and resources available to teachers.
